We
appreciate your help in conducting the CFA for the U.S. Air Force Academy
Admissions Office. Please read these instructions carefully before attempting
to conduct the required events. The events are simple to administer and
should take you no more than 30 minutes to conduct once properly set up.
Please note that you will need two assistants to help you score, measure
and time the events. The assistants may be students. Please ensure that
everyone understands his or her responsibility before starting the CFA.
The event results should be recorded on the CFA Score Sheet with a black
ball-point pen only. The score sheet will be included in the student's
candidate kit. Make sure the event results are recorded in the blocks
provided and marked in the appropriate columns. Missing or illegible entries
may delay the qualification of a candidate for admission.
Please record your Name, Title and Phone Number, or Name, Grade, Organization
and Phone Number (as appropriate). Prior to mailing the completed score
sheet to the U.S. Air Force Academy Admissions Office, make a copy of
the score sheet and give it to the candidate.
Any questions you or the candidate may have regarding this examination
